- Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless management and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members, acting as a mentor and coach to deliver exceptional luxury client service.
- Drive sales by deepening client relationships and achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Motivate and manage the team to consistently meet or exceed store commercial objectives.
- Enhance client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Ensure a client-centric approach in all operations, delivering the Tiffany Touch at every client interaction.
- Optimize store amenities and hospitality to create unique client experiences.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide continuous training and feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
