1. Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless management and client satisfaction.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members, acting as a mentor and coach to deliver exceptional luxury client service.
4. Drive sales by deepening client relationships and achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
5. Motivate and manage the team to consistently meet or exceed store commercial objectives.
6. Enhance client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
7. Ensure a client-centric approach in all operations, delivering the Tiffany Touch at every client interaction.
8. Optimize store amenities and hospitality to create unique client experiences.
9. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
10. Provide continuous training and feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
11. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.
