1. Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Provide oversight for the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations.
3. Foster relationships with internal and external clients, acting as a mentor and coach to the team.
4. Strategically oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on client satisfaction, team development, and brand desirability.
5. Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients, achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
6. Ensure exceptional client service by modeling and coaching based on client feedback.
7. Optimize store amenities to create unique client experiences.
8. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance and inclusive environment.
9. Champion operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.
