1. Exceed sales and profitability targets for the store.
2. Lead and develop staff to achieve individual sales plans.
3. Foster client relationships through strategic outreach.
4. Support Store Director in client events.

7. Supervise, develop, and train staff and supervisors.
8. Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
9. Perform key-holder duties, including opening and closing the store.

1. Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience.
2. Proven sales experience in retail or customer-related fields.
3. Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
4. Event organization experience is advantageous.
5. Ability to inspire trust and professionalism.
6. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
