1. Drive team accountability in delivering unparalleled service and achieving store KPIs, including sales and client experience.

8. Ensure Client Advisors develop a client development strategy and assess their results.

10. Collaborate with headquarters on testing, sharing feedback, and driving new tools deployment and roll-out.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
2. Proven track record in achieving commercial results in an omnichannel luxury environment.
3. Leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated capability in recruitment, development, and retention of talents.
4. Passion for luxury retail environments; jewelry/watch expertise is a plus.
5. Organized and efficient, with experience in driving change (tools, KPIs, etc.).
6. Ability to cultivate connections and expand client-base.
7. Proven ability to facilitate seamless collaboration between client-facing and operational teams.
8. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
