1. Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the store experience.
2. Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Cultivate an environment of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
4. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
5. Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
6. Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring the Tiffany client experience is consistently delivered.
7. Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
8. Ensure operational excellence and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
7. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
