- Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the store experience.
- Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Cultivate an environment of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring the Tiffany client experience is consistently delivered.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
