1. Lead and motivate the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
2. Cultivate client relationships and drive client development activities.

6. Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail management or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven sales generation and management skills.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or a related customer service field.

A college/university degree preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
