1. Lead and develop the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed commercial targets.
2. Provide oversight for the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring a seamless client experience.
3. Cultivate relationships with clients to enhance sales and meet product category targets.
4. Motivate the team to consistently achieve store commercial targets and drive client development activities.
5. Deliver exceptional client service and manage client relationships personally.
6. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
7. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance climate.
8. Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
9. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Fluently bilingual in French and English.
2. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
3. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
4. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
6. Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
