1. Guide and support the sales and operations teams to meet or exceed commercial targets.

4. Drive client development activities and manage client relationships personally.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
3. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
4. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.

A college/university degree is desired.
