1. Lead and motivate the sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Cultivate client relationships to drive sales and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
3. Provide management presence on the sales floor and ensure exceptional client service.
4. Recruit, train, and retain top talent to maintain a high-performance team.
5. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sales systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.

Salary range: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00
