- Lead and motivate the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Assume store oversight in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive sales and meet product category targets.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Enhance the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) by leading and coaching the team based on client feedback.
- Optimize store amenities to create unique client experiences and address TEI performance improvements.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance climate.
- Provide continuous training and qualitative feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
