- Exceed sales plan and profitability targets while ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Lead, develop, and support staff to achieve individual sales goals with a focus on client development.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external clients through meaningful outreach.
- Support the Store Manager in organizing and hosting client events.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, consistently going above and beyond expectations.
- Master product knowledge and sales training modules.
- Assist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors.
- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Perform key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.
- Minimum of three years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven sales experience in retail or customer-focused industries such as hospitality, events, or banking.
- Demonstrated success in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in organizing events is advantageous.
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, and professionalism among clients and staff.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
