1. Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Provide oversight for the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
3. Coach and guide team members to deliver extraordinary client experiences and achieve sales targets.
4. Cultivate client relationships to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
5. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
6. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
7. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

College or university degree desired.

The hiring range for this position is $110,500 to $156,000, dependent on skills and experience.
