- Lead and develop sales, operations, and security team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
- Cultivate client relationships and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Drive business through key product pillars and KPIs.
- Communicate corporate strategies to Client Advisors to boost sales.
- Execute the Clienteling Program to expand the customer base.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to maintain high performance.
- Provide continuous training and feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate team members.

A minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail management, with a strong background in sales generation and client relationship management.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
