1. Assist with the preparation of quarterly state tax estimates.
2. Review state apportionment reports and prepare US international tax provision templates and foreign fixed asset depreciation templates.
3. Collaborate with transfer pricing teams on cash pooling TP documentation.
4. Identify, research, and document the tax accounting consequences of changes in state tax law.
5. Work with the tax compliance co-sourcing provider to review US tax forms 1120, 5471s, and 5472s.
6. Support special projects related to business changes, tax incentives, finance initiatives, and other topics as needed.

1. 0-1 years of diversified finance/accounting or tax-related experience.
2. Pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited university, preferably a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
3. Basic understanding of tax principles or accounting concepts.
4. Strong analytical and research skills.
5. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Must have strong organizational skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited university, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
