1. Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition, including scheduling interviews, posting job vacancies, initiating background checks, and maintaining dashboards.
2. Assist in the coordination and execution of onsite and market events across North America.
3. Support the design, creation, and distribution of recruitment materials such as workshop invites and referral initiatives.
4. Coordinate recruitment workshops, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and logistics.
5. Participate in candidate sourcing and interview shadowing.
6. Coordinate employee engagement events, liaising with vendors and managing project timelines.
7. Conduct ad hoc analysis as required.

1. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
2. Previous work experience in retail.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong analytical abilities.
5. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships.

8. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Compensation for this internship is $25 per hour.
