1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the JDE inventory system in relation to gemstone processing.
2. Engage in inventory management tasks, including inventory transfers and cycle counting.
3. Assist in gemstone operations processes such as receiving and purchasing.
4. Support the department with gemstone operations technology, including Sarine, Imaging, and Vision Counting.
5. Participate in work order fulfillment and cross-train with the team on gemstone supply.
6. Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to compile, update, and create standard operating procedures for gemstone operations.
7. Assist in KPI and metric reporting with the Senior Analyst.
8. Contribute to various department projects with the Manager.
9. Conduct value stream mapping and process flow analysis.
10. Utilize JDE, DAS, Excel, and PowerPoint for data presentation and management reporting.
11. Identify and propose two process improvement ideas.
12. Adhere to all safety procedures and work safely at all times.

1. Current enrollment in a Business or Supply Chain curriculum program.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.

1. Understanding of inventory systems and processes.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Business or Supply Chain program. MBA students preferred.

$25 per hour.
