1. Lead end-to-end merchandising and supply chain functions across the LATAM region.
2. Drive demand planning, including category growth, new product forecasts, and SKU-level forecasts.
3. Support sales and retail operations through new product communication, events, and retail tools.
4. Optimize product assortment and inventory flow, including new store product sales and space planning.
5. Collaborate on floorplan reviews and in-store creative roll-outs.
6. Manage local caravan rotation and planning for high jewelry, including sales and inventory tracking.
7. Develop zone pricing strategies and conduct competitor pricing analyses.
8. Prepare sales reports and conduct holiday/event sales analyses.
9. Travel within the region as required, approximately 25%.

1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management.
2. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Process-oriented with sound decision-making abilities.
6. Strong luxury aesthetic sensibility.
7. Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
8. Ability to function effectively in a dynamic team environment.
9. Knowledge of basic retail concepts and calculations.
10. Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred.
