1. Coordinate the ecommerce expansion and implementation of new omni-channel capabilities across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
2. Participate actively in workshops with various stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
3. Manage project timelines, escalate risks, monitor costs, and communicate with stakeholders.
4. Define and oversee test scenarios for system integration prior to project go-live.
5. Support change management through communication, training, and process support.
6. Develop standard operating procedures and manage post go-live hypercare.
7. Conduct inventory reconciliation and manage stock adjustments.
8. Address shipment disputes and manage packaging forecasts.
9. Support sold order management by sourcing and coordinating orders across regions.
10. Assist planning activities for fragrance orders and manage back orders.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, sales, or stock analysis within the luxury or retail industry.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

1-2 years of experience in supply chain, sales, or stock analysis within the luxury or retail industry.
