1. Collect, validate, and analyze sourcing-related data, including material origins and supplier certifications.
2. Conduct audit-ready analyses to identify trends and mitigate supply chain risks.
3. Maintain a comprehensive database of supplier materials and compliance performance.
4. Lead projects on third-party certifications, supplier audits, and sustainability initiatives.
5. Develop and manage a reporting calendar for the Strategic Sourcing team.
6. Serve as a liaison between Strategic Sourcing and internal stakeholders.
7. Communicate effectively with suppliers and third-party partners.
8. Support team projects and provide cross-training as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and management within a supply chain or compliance environment.
3. Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
4. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerBI.
5. Strong analytical and statistical skills.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data management, and reporting, preferably within a supply chain or compliance environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or a related field.

The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $90,600.00, dependent on skills and experience.
