Tiffany & Co. Strategic Sourcing Compliance Analyst

- Collect, validate, and analyze sourcing-related data, including material origins and supplier certifications.
- Conduct audit-ready analyses to identify trends and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of supplier materials and compliance performance.
- Lead projects on third-party certifications, supplier audits, and sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and manage a reporting calendar for the Strategic Sourcing team.
- Serve as a liaison between Strategic Sourcing and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and third-party partners.
- Support team projects and provide cross-training as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and management within a supply chain or compliance environment.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data management, and reporting, preferably within a supply chain or compliance environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $90,600.00, dependent on skills and experience.
