1. Assist in the implementation and research for a comprehensive Retail Learning framework to enhance the professional growth of retail teams.
2. Support market development efforts focusing on Asia, enhancing brand awareness and market positioning among Asian consumers.
3. Contribute to the creation of implementation roadmaps for Commercial Watch Business Development in SAPAC and Japan.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data for Global Real Estate Operations, providing insights and recommendations.
5. Conduct market research for Travel Retail Strategy Development, identifying trends and competitive landscapes.
6. Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives, monitoring progress against KPIs.
7. Support execution of ad-hoc strategic projects and provide research and data support.
8. Prepare briefing materials and presentations for strategic business development.
9. Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability for strategic priorities.

1. Fluent in English, both verbally and in business writing.
2. 3-5 years of experience in business development, consulting, sales, or a related field.
3. Understanding of the luxury retail industry, particularly jewelry and watches, is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
6. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness in cross-functional teams.
