- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Collaborate with the Market Vice President to align store strategies with overall business objectives.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive customer loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Direct managers to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable client interactions.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan to build a high-performing team.
- Assess team capabilities and create development plans to foster career growth.
- Recruit and build a pipeline of diverse, multi-lingual, highly skilled talent.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Sales leadership and client relationship management.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Strong coaching and team development skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability in various roles.
Minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
