- Lead and develop the sales and operations team to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Build and maintain spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and achieve commercial targets.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments consistently.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and high-performing team.
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team engagement and performance.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.
A college or university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $123,250 - $174,000, with eligibility for bonuses and sales incentives.
