1. Lead the Sydney Flagship store, driving strategic initiatives and providing direction to leadership and sales teams.
2. Analyze business performance and develop action plans to enhance results, focusing on clients, team, visual merchandising, product assortment, and operations.
3. Provide cohesive direction through morning briefings and goal setting.
4. Cultivate a culture of feedback and coaching to develop a winning team environment.
5. Ensure a seamless, luxurious client experience, addressing feedback promptly.
6. Develop and implement a client development plan to engage and grow high-value and VIP clients.

1. Minimum five years of experience leading a large team in a retail or client-focused environment.
2. Experience in sales generation and managing sales results.
3. Proven track record of working towards targets and KPIs.
4. Experience partnering with high-net-worth individuals in a sales environment.
5. Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism with clients and staff.
