- Lead and strategize the operations of the Chadstone store, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

- Provide cohesive direction to the store team through effective communication, goal setting, and morning briefings.
- Cultivate a culture of feedback and coaching to foster a winning team environment.
- Ensure a consistently luxurious client experience, addressing feedback promptly.
- Develop and execute a client development plan to engage and expand relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
- Minimum five years of experience leading a large team in a retail or client-focused environment.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals in a sales environment.
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work in various roles and non-traditional hours.
- Technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones is advantageous.
