- Lead and develop the sales and operations team to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales plans.
- Direct managers to drive client development and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan to build a best-in-class service and selling organization.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to enhance team engagement and performance.
- Network and recruit to build a pipeline of diverse, multi-lingual, highly skilled talent.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Proficiency in sales and operations management.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to various roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail sectors.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
The salary range for this position is $123,000 - $150,000, with eligibility for bonuses and sales incentives.
