1. Lead and develop the sales and operations team to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets.
2. Foster a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences.
3. Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales plans.
4. Direct managers to drive client development and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
6. Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
7. Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan to build a best-in-class service and selling organization.
8. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to enhance team engagement and performance.
9. Network and recruit to build a pipeline of diverse, multi-lingual, highly skilled talent.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail sectors.

The salary range for this position is $123,000 - $150,000, with eligibility for bonuses and sales incentives.
