1. Lead and develop the sales and operations team to achieve sales and profitability targets.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
