Tiffany & Co. Sourcing Analyst

- Lead discussions with internal stakeholders to define and standardize precious metal weight management processes.
- Establish documented standards and acceptable tolerances for weight discrepancies.
- Develop and implement methodologies for monitoring real weight from receipt to consumption.
- Create and manage supplier recovery protocols for deviations in weight specifications.
- Oversee the transition to real-weight invoicing with precious metal suppliers.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive Purchase Price Variance (PPV) tracking system.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through PPV analysis and collaboration with sourcing teams.
- Generate detailed PPV reports to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
- Design and implement analytical reports and dashboards for precious metal weight data.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to review metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration of weight data into ERP systems.
- Master's degree in Sourcing or Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in factory or operations related to operational excellence
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
- Expertise in business process definition and mapping
- Experience in dashboard creation using Power BI and data management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English, ideally Italian
Minimum 3 years in factory or operations related to operational excellence/Lean Six Sigma.
Master's degree in Sourcing or Engineering
