1. Participate in a ten-week training program to develop skills in delicate jeweler detailing and stone setting.
2. Familiarize with various jeweler tools, techniques, and processes.
3. Work safely by adhering to all safety procedures and promoting safety improvements.
4. Engage in Tiffany & Co.'s jeweler training program to learn the creation and repair of precious jewelry.
5. Maintain a positive and respectful team environment and complete all assigned tasks.

1. High school diploma or GED

1. Strong written and spoken communication skills
2. Appropriate hand dexterity as assessed by bench evaluation
3. Ability to follow directions
4. Capacity to sit for extended periods
