Tiffany & Co. Service Center Coordinator

- Analyze and systematically process service orders, ensuring adherence to service delivery and quality standards.
- Perform technical processes including machine engraving and embossing for Tiffany & Co. products, ensuring completion to company standards.
- Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of a manager, maintaining workflow and resolving order issues.
- Manage parts inventory, including cycle counts and parts ordering, ensuring accuracy and resolving inventory issues.
- Act as a liaison to Service Center technical staff, troubleshooting service issues and assisting internal client inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with retail partners, providing technical guidance and support.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in a retail, operations role, or technical environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of approachability and ability to convey proper tone
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Technical proficiency in machine engraving and embossing
- Inventory management
- Client-centric communication
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Leadership and team coordination
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with a preference for prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $28 - $37 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
