1. Efficiently process all service orders, ensuring timely management and coordination with internal and external technical resources.
2. Maintain, monitor, and procure parts, materials, and inventory proactively and accurately.
3. Collaborate with Tiffany Service Centers in New York and Hong Kong for inventory procurement and replenishment.
4. Liaise with TCO Australia & New Zealand regional markets for service order follow-up and status updates.
5. Communicate directly with Australian market retail clients and work with TCO ANZ Retail Management to resolve service issues.
6. Perform personalization on client-owned items and manage office administrative and clerical functions, including invoice processing.

1. Minimum of two years’ experience in logistics or retail back-of-house operations.
2. Undergraduate degree or graduate Gemologist degree preferred.

3. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
5. Solid experience in retail and/or customer service.

Beginner level experience in logistics or retail back-of-house operations is required.

Undergraduate degree or graduate Gemologist degree is highly regarded.
