1. Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop detailed user stories, functional requirements, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment across all teams.
2. Configure and customize purchased software solutions to meet business requirements.
3. Assist Product Manager and/or Scrum Master in developing detailed project plans and work assignments, leading and managing small project/change implementations.
4. Review and maintain technical support documentation to reflect newly discovered issues or improvements.
5. Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills relevant to current enterprise application architecture and integrations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
2. 5-8 years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) and/or JDE World.
3. 3-5 years of experience with Vertex integrations.
4. Hands-on experience in ERP applications requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
5. Proven experience documenting functional and technical requirements.

1. Excellent SQL query skills and familiarity with database structures and integration design documentation.
2. Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
3. In-depth business process knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Sales Audit, Financial Reconciliation.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data/requirements.
5. Ability to work independently and recommend industry-best practices.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with experience in JD Edwards and Vertex integrations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.

The hiring range for this position is $111,000 - $151,000, dependent on skills and experience.
