Tiffany & Co. Senior Technical Analyst

- Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop detailed user stories, functional requirements, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Configure and customize purchased software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Assist Product Manager and/or Scrum Master in developing detailed project plans and work assignments, leading and managing small project/change implementations.
- Review and maintain technical support documentation to reflect newly discovered issues or improvements.
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills relevant to current enterprise application architecture and integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 5-8 years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) and/or JDE World.
- 3-5 years of experience with Vertex integrations.
- Hands-on experience in ERP applications requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
- Proven experience documenting functional and technical requirements.
- Excellent SQL query skills and familiarity with database structures and integration design documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- In-depth business process knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Sales Audit, Financial Reconciliation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data/requirements.
- Ability to work independently and recommend industry-best practices.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with experience in JD Edwards and Vertex integrations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
The hiring range for this position is $111,000 - $151,000, dependent on skills and experience.
