Tiffany & Co. Senior Technical Analyst

- Develop detailed user stories, functional requirements, and technical specification documentation in collaboration with product and technical teams.
- Configure and customize purchased software solutions to align with business requirements.
- Assist in project planning and management, including leading small project implementations.
- Maintain and update technical support documentation to reflect system improvements and issues.
- Enhance personal knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 5-8 years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) or JDE World, including configuration and support.
- 3-5 years of experience with Vertex integrations.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of ERP applications.
- Strong SQL query skills and familiarity with database structures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in requirements sessions.
- Proficiency in business process knowledge across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting.
- Experience in a global and offshore operating model.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including JD Edwards and Vertex integrations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
The hiring range for this position is $111,000 to $151,000, dependent on skills and experience.
