1. Develop detailed user stories, functional requirements, and technical specification documentation in collaboration with product and technical teams.
2. Configure and customize purchased software solutions to align with business requirements.
3. Assist in project planning and management, including leading small project implementations.
4. Maintain and update technical support documentation to reflect system improvements and issues.
5. Enhance personal knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integrations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
2. 5-8 years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) or JDE World, including configuration and support.
3. 3-5 years of experience with Vertex integrations.
4. Proficiency in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of ERP applications.
5. Strong SQL query skills and familiarity with database structures.

2. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in requirements sessions.
4. Proficiency in business process knowledge across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting.
5. Experience in a global and offshore operating model.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including JD Edwards and Vertex integrations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.

The hiring range for this position is $111,000 to $151,000, dependent on skills and experience.
