Tiffany & Co. Senior HR Executive - HR Business Partner

1. Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
2. Enhance recruitment workflows to improve operational efficiency and candidate engagement.
3. Translate workforce needs into actionable hiring insights using HR data.
4. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support organizational structure and effective talent deployment.
5. Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and compensation review processes with accuracy and timeliness.
6. Design and enhance employee benefits programs to align with organizational objectives.
7. Oversee budget planning, audits, and tax-related HR matters to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
8. Manage HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy.
9. Design and deliver employee events and campaigns to enhance engagement and organizational culture.
10. Strengthen employee relations through policy guidance and grievance handling.

1. Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HR experience.
2. Proven experience in managing Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling/Operations.
3. Fluent in English & Korean.

Minimum of 7 years in HR, with proven experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling/Operations.

Bachelor’s degree required.
