1. Coordinate company-wide budget submissions and perform analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
2. Compile data to support the 3-year financial strategic plan, including network and depreciation schedules.
3. Reconcile cash flow across financial systems and analyze actual cash flow against budget.
4. Review monthly depreciation performance and highlight deviations from the budget.
5. Track monthly retail network activities and transformation rates.
6. Manage internal capital requests and ensure projects are prepared for Store Network Committee meetings.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with Global Store Development, Retail Excellence, Accounting, and regional Finance groups.
8. Perform ad hoc analysis as requested.

1. 2-5 years of finance experience, preferably in Capex and Lease Accounting.
2. BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable working with senior management and leadership teams.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Minimum of 3 years in finance, with a focus on Capex and Lease Accounting.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $101,000 - $130,000, dependent on skills and experience.
