- Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plan, embodying the Tiffany Touch and committing to the highest standards of customer service.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic and consultative selling skills in alignment with Tiffany & Co. training modules and standards.
- Foster personalized interactions to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Uphold and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Actively participate in store team initiatives to support overall store and company goals.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to help them achieve their sales plans.
- Minimum of five years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Senior sales experience with a proven track record.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
- Expert selling and strategic consultation skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A minimum of five years of retail experience, with a preference for previous roles within the jewelry industry and luxury retail environments.
Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
