1. Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plan, embodying the Tiffany Touch and committing to the highest standards of customer service.
2. Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic and consultative selling skills in alignment with Tiffany & Co. training modules and standards.
3. Foster personalized interactions to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
4. Uphold and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
5. Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
6. Actively participate in store team initiatives to support overall store and company goals.
7. Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
8. Mentor and coach Client Advisors to help them achieve their sales plans.

1. Minimum of five years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
3. Senior sales experience with a proven track record.
4. Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

2. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
3. Exceptional customer service ethics.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

A minimum of five years of retail experience, with a preference for previous roles within the jewelry industry and luxury retail environments.

Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
