1. Execute individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships and committing to the highest standards of customer service.
2. Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
3. Cultivate customers with personalized interactions to achieve a high client repeat rate.
4. Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
5. Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
6. Support Client Advisors in achieving their sales plans through mentoring and coaching.
7. Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
8. Participate actively in store team initiatives and efforts.

1. Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Previous expert selling experience.
3. Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
4. Strong customer service ethics.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
7. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
8. Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
9. Previous senior sales experience.
10. Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
