- Cultivate strong customer relationships and execute the Tiffany Touch to meet individual Annual Net Sales plans.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
- Cultivate customers through personalized interactions and achieve a high client repeat rate.
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Support the store team and company initiatives.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance at work.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
- Strategic selling and clienteling.
- Customer relationship management.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Effective communication.
- Team mentoring and coaching.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry sales and customer service.
Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
