1. Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plan.
2. Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
3. Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and achieve high client repeat rate.
4. Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
5. Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
6. Support Client Advisors in achieving their sales plans through mentoring and coaching.
7. Ensure health, safety, and welfare in the workplace.
8. Participate actively in store team initiatives and efforts.

1. Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail environment.
3. Senior sales experience.
4. Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
6. Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
