- Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plan.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
- Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and achieve high client repeat rate.
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Support Client Advisors in achieving their sales plans through mentoring and coaching.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare in the workplace.
- Participate actively in store team initiatives and efforts.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous experience in luxury retail environment.
- Senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
- Expert selling skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on luxury jewelry.
