- Execute individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships and committing to the highest standards of customer service.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills in accordance with Tiffany & Co. training modules and standards.
- Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and achieve high client repeat rates.
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Support the store team and company initiatives.
- Ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
- Strategic selling and clienteling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, with a focus on luxury retail environments.
Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
