- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
- Cultivate personalized customer interactions to enhance client loyalty.
- Manage customer issues and complaints with professionalism.
- Support the store team in achieving collective goals and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to enhance their sales effectiveness.
- Minimum of five years of retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Expert selling experience with a strong customer service ethic.
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
