- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering the Tiffany Experience.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
- Cultivate personalized customer interactions to enhance clienteling efforts.
- Execute practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Actively contribute to store initiatives and company efforts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
