1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering the Tiffany Experience.
2. Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.

4. Execute practices to achieve high client repeat rates.

1. Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Previous expert selling experience.
3. Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
4. Strong customer service ethics.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
7. Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
8. Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
9. Previous senior sales experience.
10. Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
