1. Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
2. Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
3. Support store operations to achieve sales targets by deepening client relationships and driving loyalty.
4. Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
5. Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
6. Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
7. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment checks.
8. Assist with opening and closing procedures and facilities repairs.

1. High School Diploma
2. Basic computer skills
3. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Authorization to work in the United States

4. Customer service orientation

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment, with at least 1 year in a security-related position.
