- Lead and develop the security team to meet the objectives of the Global Protection Department.
- Ensure the maintenance of Global Protection Standards.
- Collaborate with the Security Director to identify and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
- Optimize security schedules for peak hours and events, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Oversee Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management efforts, acting as the primary contact during emergencies.
- Establish an Internal Investigation program to deter and investigate internal theft.
- Maintain an external network with law enforcement and security professionals to enhance information sharing.
- Ensure the functionality and maintenance of physical security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and locks.
- Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and increase overall spend.
- Recruit and develop a diverse and skilled security team.
- Oversee security for client events, ensuring safety and success.
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 4 years of retail management or security-related experience
- Highest level of integrity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States

A minimum of 4 years in retail management or security-related roles, such as law enforcement, military, or private security.
High School Diploma required; a 2 or 4-year college degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $111,350 - $157,200, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
