1. Lead and develop the security team to meet the objectives of the Global Protection Department.
2. Ensure the maintenance of Global Protection Standards.
3. Collaborate with the Security Director to identify and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
4. Optimize security schedules for peak hours and events, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
5. Oversee Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management efforts, acting as the primary contact during emergencies.
6. Establish an Internal Investigation program to deter and investigate internal theft.
7. Maintain an external network with law enforcement and security professionals to enhance information sharing.
8. Ensure the functionality and maintenance of physical security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and locks.
9. Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and increase overall spend.
10. Recruit and develop a diverse and skilled security team.
11. Oversee security for client events, ensuring safety and success.

1. High School Diploma
2. Minimum 4 years of retail management or security-related experience
3. Highest level of integrity
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Proficiency in computer skills
6. Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
7. Authorization to work in the United States

A minimum of 4 years in retail management or security-related roles, such as law enforcement, military, or private security.

The hiring range for this position is $111,350 - $157,200, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
