1. Process insurance documentation for Tiffany & Co. merchandise, including Diamond Certificate Packages, New Sale, and Retail Price Updates.
2. Maintain the integrity of client information by reviewing sales transaction history and confirming shipping addresses.
3. Research merchandise details to create accurate descriptions using knowledge of jewelry and gemological terminology.
4. Collaborate with other divisions to resolve potential client and pricing conflicts when creating valuation documents.
5. Ensure orders are processed within established timeframes and document order-specific information.
6. Provide client and administrative support, including departmental organization and inventory supply management.
7. Participate in business reporting and special projects.
8. Respond to internal and external communications promptly to prevent unnecessary follow-ups.
9. Assist Client Services with customer inquiries via email and phone as needed.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Willingness to work extra hours during peak periods.

1. Solid client service and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask effectively.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook.
4. Strong English language skills, particularly in reading and business writing.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to monitor progress and strive for success.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or customer service, with familiarity in handling insurance or legal documents preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $20-$24 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
