1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client interactions with personalized hospitality and store amenities to boost sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services and manage the floor waiting list when necessary.
4. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is well-stocked, orderly, and clean.
5. Communicate potential service issues with management promptly.
6. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized POS stations.
7. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales services.
8. Participate in inventory management and special projects as required.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in client service and multitasking.
5. Ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
6. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.
