- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
- Enhance client interactions through personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately if required.
- Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
- Keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, performing all POS functions post-purchase.
- Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Adaptability to work with a diverse client base.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
