1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
3. Assist with the engraving station, if applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a well-stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
8. Ensure POS stations and sales floor areas are neat and organized.
9. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
10. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations.
11. Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Authorization to work in Canada.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
