1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist at the engraving station, where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client’s purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Authorization to work in the United States.
