1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client interactions through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, ensuring all areas are neat and organized.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth store operations and after-sales servicing.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Authorization to work in Canada.
2. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
