1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to provide a memorable experience.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing point-of-sale supplies.
8. Ensure all point-of-sale functions are performed after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
